How Upgrades Work:
All project and scenario data will be preserved as you upgrade from one plan to another. For example, if you upgrade from a free Basic StartSmart Plan to our paid Premium Plan for StartSmart, you can convert your 1 year projection to a 3 or 5 year projection without having to re-enter the data you already had. Just answer the remaining questions for the additional years you added to submit and view your results.
How Downgrades Work:
As an example, if you have a Premium StartSmart Plan and want to downgrade to a Standard StartSmart Plan, none of your projects or scenario data will transfer down. You will lose everything you entered and will have to start over again. The same applies if you downgrade from a Standard StartSmart Plan to a free Basic StartSmart Plan.
How To Change Your Plan:
Click on your name on the top right-hand corner, then select "Billing".
2. Choose your new plan from the various options. You'll notice which plan you are currently on where you see "Your current plan" listed. See below:
