If you're having trouble signing up for an account, it's possible that the registration process was interrupted — for example, you may have accidentally closed the page before completing it.
Don't worry! You can fix this quickly by clearing your browser’s site data. Just follow the steps below:
How to Fix Sign-Up Issues
Step 1: Open a New Browser Window
Open a fresh window in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.). The images below are from a Chrome browser.
Step 2: Open the Inspect Tool
Right-click anywhere on the blank screen of your browser window.
Choose Inspect from the menu that appears.
Step 3: Clear Site Data
A new panel will open (usually at the side or bottom of your screen).
At the top of this panel, click on Application.
(If you don’t see "Application," click the double arrows (>>) to find it.)Once you're in the Application tab, look for a button called Clear site data and click it.
Step 4: Clear Any Remaining Data
Click this link to fully clear any remaining storage:

Step 5: Try Registering Again
Now, you’re ready to start fresh!
