If you're on the Pro plan with a multi-project license (10+ projects), Portfolio View gives you a high-level snapshot of all your connected projects in one centralized table.
This feature is especially helpful for CPA firms and advisory teams managing multiple client businesses.
Portfolio View enables advisory firms and multi-entity users to:
Monitor performance across clients at a glance
Identify revenue trends quickly
Spot margin compression early
Track runway risk across businesses
Compare health scores in one place
Prioritize which clients need attention
Instead of jumping from project to project, you get a true portfolio-level perspective.
Who Can Access Portfolio View?
Portfolio View is available:
✅ Only on the Pro plan
✅ Only if your account has a license for 10 or more projects
✅ Only visible to the Account Owner and to Admins assigned by the Account Owner
Note: You do not need 10 active projects — you simply need a license that allows 10 or more.
How to Access Portfolio View
Go to the Projects page
In the top right-hand corner, toggle from:
Project View (default) → to → Portfolio View
You can switch back and forth at any time.
What Portfolio View Shows
Portfolio View displays high-level performance metrics pulled directly from the Main Analysis of each connected project.
